Just in: Organic cottons, Architextures, Art Gallery

by Gina

We just received our latest orders from Birch Fabrics, makers of fine organic cotton prints!  I have been waiting excited for this group since February and am so delighted to have it on our shelves.  The colors are rich, current, not too masculine, not too feminine.  And, the designs are fun.  I am partial to the quail (just imagine it right side up…) and oar prints.  Along with part of the Camp Sur collection (above), we now have the complete line of Camp Modern.  It includes a wonderful bear print, flying birds and more faux bois.  Other organic arrivals include 8 colors of the ever loved Oasis Canvas.  Fabulous!

Another group I have been so excited to receive is Architextures by Carolyn Friedlander.  We featured Carolyn’s refreshing quilt patterns here.  I love her sense of style.  In this group, there are ledger, building plans (sort of), topography, landscape design prints, in bold greens, soft apricot, cool blues.

This is a fun little collection from the Splendor 1920 line by Bari J. for Art Gallery Fabrics.  Teapots, peacocks, geometrics.  Thanks to Hannah for the pics!

We have more new arrivals than we can show here, so be sure to stop in soon and see the latest in person!  And, don’t forget, the Super Colossal Holiday Sale from the folks over at Crafty Wonderland is right around the corner—December 8th and 9th!
