June Sewing Social: The Knicker-bee!
What the heck is a “Knicker-bee?” That’s an excellent question.
Every month here at Bolt we will be hosting a sewing social. It will be an evening of social sewing and mingling following a common theme. In June, the theme is undies! Hence the “Knicker-bee!”
We will be opening up our doors from 6 - 8 pm on June 13th, and welcoming you in to our classroom. You will have access to our tools and sewing machines, but as this isn’t a class you will need to bring your own project. If you have been wanting to make your own undies this is the perfect chance to dive right in! We’ve got patterns, notions, and we’re having a big sale on knit fabrics this weekend (20% OFF ALL KNITS!!) to get you all stocked up and ready to go. So, come join us for our first ever sewing social. We will provide drinks, snacks, and camaraderie, you bring the project!
This event is open to all gender representations, make whatever type of undergarment you’d like, we just want to get together with other makers and make some undies!
