New goodies

I had been wishing for some new things in the store a lot the last week.  It just seemed like we hadn't had a big pile of boxes come through the door in a while.  I got my wish.  Lots of great new fabric.  Including Liberty prints, "Gino's Chinos" in great summer colors, crisp stripes, cheerful plaids.  Even some...velour.  I know, I couldn't resist.  We were able to squeeze most things in and had to pull a couple of more wintery pieces to make room.  With the big sale coming up (April 16-18th), I'm hoping space will be cleared to fit everything back in.  A couple of really exciting new fabrics include gorgeous cotton saris from India, via Melinda and new Merino wool knits in greens and blue. 

A quick update on classes: we are taking a break for a little while and then will continue to have classes on Sunday evenings and maybe a few here and there.  Modern Domestic is in full swing and has a fantastic, continually growing class list.  Please be sure to keep an eye on the MD site to find out the latest offerings!  See you soon.
