Soft, summer cottons are here

  

Just in time for this gorgeous hot weather are some gorgeous light weight cottons.  Perfect for quick and easy tops.  Use a little fold over elastic (foe) and in no time you’ve got yourself a new garment!  What is fold over elastic, you ask?  Why, it is elastic that folds over a waistband, neckline, arm cuffs, leg cuffs, anything you want, and makes it super easy to have an elasticized edge.  Think instant skirts that pull on, but aren’t super full and bunchy.  FOE lets you have a little gather without a lot of bulk.  We keep a whole lot of it stocked at the store and local clever gal, Amy Karol has a fantastic tutorial on her blog if you want  a little help.
