These great Japanese imports arrived this past week.  The bunny print is a double gauze, and as you can see can be reversible.  Making for some fun, innovative design possibilities!

Cute, sewing machine novelty print and “blenders” from Timeless Treasures…and a book to go with it:

Written by Nicole Vasbinder, one of the founders of Stitch Lab—one of the first modern, drop in sewing studios, located in San Francisco.  She now owns and operates Stitch Craft and Queen Puff Puff.

Cozy, soft organic cotton blend knits in great colors.  The stripe is called “San Francisco Fog.”  How lovely.  There’s also a deep, marine blue hemp blend fleece that is one of my favorite knits at the moment.

As I mentioned in my last post, we have a wide selection of books. Here are two of our newer titles.  The Sewing for Kids includes this adorable cat:And, the new Best of Stitch magazine Bags book includes these little pretties:

We’ve just welcomed into the store some gorgeous new home decor weight cotton sateen from Free Spirit.  Bold designs, bright red, classic navy, soft grey and mustard gold, and soft grey and pink.  This fabric is great for recovering chairs, pillow covers, bags of all sorts and even apparel that needs a little more structure, like an a-line skirt!

Wanting something a little warmer?  We have a fantastic wool selection at the moment.  And, it just grew larger this week!  A couple of solid, 100% wool pieces along with a black/white wool blend and a super cozy navy cotton blend sweater knit (top bolt) got unpacked earlier this week.  Lovely!

And, who wouldn’t be into some great new Japanese prints?  I’m particularly fond of the one with the warrior gear….Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!  We’ll see you Saturday (remember, we take a break on Thursday and Friday) for triple Supportland point joy!

We are doin’ it up right this weekend.  Both Saturday (10AM-5PM) and Sunday (11AM-4PM) all items in the store will be marked down.  Whoa.  Everything that’s full price now will be 20% off.  This includes patterns, books, magazines, all notions, gifty things, fabric…everything.  All the currently marked down items will be an additional 10% off.  That includes remnants and all those fab fabrics, patterns, books and trims that are currently at least 25% off. 

Here are a few reminders of our goodies:

We have a great supply of books and patterns.  One of our regulars, Yumi, brought in her Ice Cream Dress by Oliver + S that she made up using the Trade Winds fabric from Moda by Lily Ashbury.
