These are great baby blankets! I make these all the time. It is much easier if you take a dinner plate and round off the corners so you don't have to worry about the mitering the corner with the bias tape.

That is a great tip, but in my experience, you would have to cut your binding on the bias to make it around those corners. Have you tried it with bias on the straight of grain?

True about the tape working better on curves if it is bias! I like to buy the packaged tape for these baby blankets because it is a wee bit quicker, but less cute.
